UCNH Chamber Applauds the Approval of the Board of Supervisors for the NBCUniversal Evolution Plan

The Universal City North Hollywood Chamber understands the economic impact and benefit that the NBCUniversal Evolution Plan will have on the San Fernando Valley and on the City of Los Angeles.

“Our Chamber has been a long-time supporter of this plan and our Board of Directors, and Presidents over the past seven years have continued to be at the hearings to testify on behalf of the plan,” Vic Viereck, President of the UCNH Chamber stated.

“We receive calls from across the United States and foreign countries from tourists who are coming to Universal Studios.  They want to know where to stay and where to eat while they are here,” Michelle Gilstrap, Executive Director of the UCNH Chamber, emphasized.

Tourists rely on Chambers to give them the most accurate information about the area; our members know that we will be referring them to these visitors while they are here.  Membership in the Chamber is valuable because tourists look at our website from around the world to plan their trip.

The economic wave from NBCUniversal will reach every aspect of Los Angeles County, Viereck stated. Small  and large business owners will feel this wave and we are excited about this new wave with this approval.
